Visit https://cat.eduroam.org and click the button labeled "Click here to download your eduroam® installer."
Select "Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg" from the list of organizations.
Click "eduroam" to start downloading the profile.
After downloading the file, open the following URL in your Chrome browser: chrome://network. Click the "Import ONC file" button. The import will happen without any feedback from your Chromebook, but afterwards you can find the new Eduroam network in your list of configured wireless networks.
